This role ensures activities are planned, well communicated, operationally smooth, and aligned with organizational goals, employee experience, change management practices, and Executive direction. The position will coordinate cross-functionally with human resources, facilities, technology, and communications teams to ensure a consistent experience for employees in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills and a track record in successful project management. This role will require onsite presence at King Street Center and other King County worksites (as needed) 4-5 days a week with potential for 1 day a week telework, as business needs allow. This recruitment will be used to fill one Term Limited Temporary/Special Duty Assignment position. In addition, this selection process may be used to generate an eligibility pool for future career service, term limited temporary, and special duty assignment vacancies that may occur in this classification wit
