Our work environment includes Flexibility Growth opportunities Food Staff discount Transparent and respectful relationships Work/life balance Responsibilities: Assist with baking, food preparation and cooking Follow recipes and portion guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Adhere to food safety, cleaning and sanitation standards Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment with ServSafe certification is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately -Willingness to become ServSafe certified Excellent communication and teamwork skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
