Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician to join our service team.This role involves the cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems to ensure fire safety, code compliance, and proper system performance.The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning, power washing, or commercial cleaning.Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable and safety-focused.This position offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork matter.Pay:$16-$20 per hour (based on experience) Overtime available Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters Remove grease buildup and debris using specialized tools, chemicals, and power washing equipment Inspect exhaust systems for damage, blockages, or safety concerns and report findings Follow company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations at all job sites Complete job documentation and reports as required for compliance and quality control Work efficiently as part of a team on overnight or early-morning shifts Assist with minor equipment maintenance and upkeep as needed Skills & Qualifications Experience with kitchen exhaust cleaning, power washing, or commercial/industrial cleaning preferred Mechanical aptitude or service technician experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and job specifications Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and performing physical labor Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive attitude Training & Safety Phoenix Industrial Cleaning Inc.provides ongoing classroom and on-the-job training to ensure all technicians work safely and efficiently.Safety is a top priority, and we maintain strict standards to provide a healthy working environment for our employees.This is a drug-free workplace, and we enforce strict guidelines regarding illegal substances.Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($16-$20/hour) Overtime opportunities 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
