Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen operations, such as making salads ,ensuring that food preparation and cooking on the grill runs smoothly. As well as cleaning the kitchen and the store . This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our store and helping provide support to our team members Duties Grill cooking Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients help in cooking and assembling dishes according to menu specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed at all times Help cooking on the grill Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed Sweeping and mopping floors. Must ba able to lift pallets up from the floor to clean Skills Previous experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Familiarity with menu planning and deli standards is a plus Strong food preparation skills, including cooking techniques and knife skills Experience in food service such As bagel or deli.
