Kitchen ManagerHigh-Volume, Full-Service Restaurant Group Burlington, MA Area Salary Up to $90,000 + Performance Incentives A successful and well-established high-volume restaurant group is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, structured, full-service environment. This opportunity is ideal for a strong culinary leader who thrives on execution, consistency, team development, and maintaining high operational standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented Kitchen Manager who enjoys leading from the front, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence in a high-energy setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily kitchen operations in a high-volume full-service restaurant Lead, coach, and develop BOH team members to ensure consistency and accountability Maintain high standards in food quality, sanitation, safety, and execution Manage inventory, ordering, food cost controls, and labor efficiency Ensure smooth execution during busy service periods while maintaining operational standards Recruit, train, and develop future kitchen leaders Partner with restaurant leadership team to drive overall operational success Qualifications Proven leadership experience in high-volume casual or polished casual dining Strong kitchen management and team development skills Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in fast-paced operations Detail-oriented operator who values structure, systems, and consistency Experience managing food costs, labor, scheduling, and inventory Ability to multitask and lead effectively under pressure Passion for hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $90,000 Monthly performance-based incentive program Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Long-term growth opportunity with an established restaurant organization This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a respected restaurant group known for strong operations, high-volume success, and a culture built around teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
