Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our fast paced take and delivery restaurant. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards, The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food preparation, strong management skills, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff Oversee food preparation processes to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all menu items Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to uphold the highest levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training, development, Familiarity with POS systems including POSI Touch, cash handling experience preferred Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles is highly desirable Pay: $54,140.23 - $65,201.14 per year Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Paid time off Experience Kitchen management: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute Baden, PA 15005 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
