Teleo Coffee | Part-Time | Afternoon Shift Teleo Coffee is looking for a highly organized, dependable Kitchen Operations Assistant to support our commissary kitchen and café production team. This role is essential to helping our kitchen run smoothly day-to-day by assisting with organization, transport, ingredient staging, cleaning, and operational flow. This is a great position for someone who enjoys independent work, staying organized, working with their hands, and helping a team succeed behind the scenes. Schedule Part-time afternoon shiftApprox. 1:00pm–4:30pmMonday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday What You’ll Do Transport finished food and pastry items from commissary kitchen to café Bring empty containers and supplies back to commissary kitchen Organize and reset kitchen workspaces for the following production day Pull ingredients and supplies from downstairs storage and stage them for bakers/prep staff Assist with kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and end-of-day organization Maintain organization of shelving, containers, labels, and storage systems Help ensure bakers and kitchen staff are set up for success each morning Support operational efficiency and kitchen flow We’re Looking For Someone Who: Is dependable and self-motivated Enjoys physical, hands-on work Can stay organized and work independently Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable lifting and moving supplies/containers Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Values teamwork and takes pride in helping operations run smoothly Ideal For Someone Who: Likes task-oriented work Prefers behind-the-scenes roles over customer-facing positions Enjoys organizing and improving systems Wants consistent part-time work with independence and flexibility Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs Comfortable moving carts, boxes, and kitchen supplies Comfortable working in both kitchen and storage environments About Teleo Teleo Coffee is a specialty coffee shop focused on thoughtful hospitality, quality food, and creating spaces that feel welcoming and intentional.
