Utilize kitchen equipment, including knives and cooking appliances, with care and precision. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels. Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or restaurant kitchen is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from others. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work.
