Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team.This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, culinary arts, and providing excellent customer experiences.The Kitchen Staff will support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensure a clean and safe environment.Prior restaurant, hotel, or banquet experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced setting.Duties Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs Serve food to guests in a courteous and professional manner Support banquet setups and service as needed for special events Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Uphold food safety standards at all times, including proper storage and handling of ingredients Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if required Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed Join our team as Kitchen Staff to contribute to creating memorable dining experiences while developing your culinary expertise in a supportive environment.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$14.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
