Kitchen Staff

We are seeking a kitchen team member with experience or interest in food preparation, cooking, and expediting (Expo). This role supports a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen and requires strong communication and teamwork. Responsibilities Primarily responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes used in the kitchen and dining room Responsible for cleanliness of the entire kitchen as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the Chef or Kitchen Manager Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Assist with stocking, inventory, and kitchen organization. Support timely service during peak hours. Requirements Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred; willingness to learn required. Expo or line experience a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a commitment to quality and service.
