Handle food handling duties responsibly, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required. Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a clean dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction in both restaurant and banquet settings. Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently to uphold high standards of hygiene. Assist with general kitchen duties such as stocking supplies and preparing ingredients for upcoming service periods. Provide excellent guest services by maintaining a friendly attitude and addressing customer inquiries professionally. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food handling, cooking techniques, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience with banquet or large-scale catering events is a plus. Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha or Micros enhances efficiency in order processing. Hotel or hospitality experience can provide valuable insight into guest services and operational standards. Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interaction. A background in culinary arts or hospitality training is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
