Coronado Brewing Company is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to lead & supervise our culinary team at our San Diego Tasting Room & Kitchen Facility. This is a non-exempt working management position based on an hourly wage. Wages are determined by skill, experience, and proven ability. The menu consists of specialty pizzas, salads, wraps, hot and cold appetizers. The main areas of focus for this position is to ensure staffing of the location is sufficient, coach and give guidance to existing and future team members, company standards are being held at the highest level, and to produce quality meals on consistent basis. Must have previous experience in a similar working environment Food Handler Certification preferred Must maintain a professional demeanor within the workplace Must work well as a team and able to delegate responsibilities to the other team members when needed Responsible for implementing and following opening, closing, and daily kitchen procedures.
