Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and ensure the smooth operation of food preparation and service. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage food production processes, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service and high-quality standards Manage kitchen staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and fostering a positive team environment Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures Coordinate with front-of-house teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and address customer needs promptly Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs Implement kitchen procedures for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety to maintain a hygienic work environment Work along with kitchen staff preparing orders on daily basis Requirements Proven experience in food production, cooking, and food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong management skills with previous supervising or leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Familiarity with restaurant management systems, shift management, and food industry best practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team effectively under pressure Experience in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related fields is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team toward excellence!
