Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This position is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation for daily service. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry is essential. Experience in restaurant settings or catering services is a plus. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques are advantageous. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in food preparation and presentation.
