Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an HR Generalist – Payroll & Benefits to support accurate payroll processing and employee benefits administration across multiple states. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities Payroll & Benefits Administration Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with ADP Workforce Now Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leaves, workers’ compensation) Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, issue resolution, and reporting HRIS & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS Support payroll- and benefits-related compliance with federal, state, and local laws Assist with HRIS reporting for audits, compliance, and internal analysis Employee Support & HR Operations Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timekeeping Support onboarding and offboarding (payroll setup, benefits enrollment, COBRA, final pay) Assist with multi-state payroll and benefits administration Contribute to process improvements and HR operational support as needed Qualifications 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and benefits Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Working knowledge of U.S. payroll and benefits regulations Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic reporting) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Professional proficiency in Korean and English Benefits Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance Life, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional Paid Leave (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.) Years of Service Awards Education Assistance Program (based on eligibility)
