Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Korean -English Speaking Home Health to assist elderly male who has limited mobility and needs assistance with daily activities such as meal prep, showering, physical therapy with a walker.Schedule would be sporatic and as needed basis.Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support with walker and wheelchair Monitor and observe patients' health status and vital signs Administer medications Prepare and d assist with meal planning and preparation Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient progress or concerns Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and patient care protocols Experience working with elderly care and mobility issues Long-term care experience involving home & community-based services enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive patient-centered support Ability to work with flexible schedules while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
