Overview A respectful, close-knit, and growing family in Woodside, CA is seeking an experienced, collaborative Mandarin-speaking nanny to join a well-established nanny team in caring for their 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 2 years). This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who thrives in a staffed home, values teamwork, and is deeply invested in supporting children’s growth and development across all areas, not just meeting their daily needs. The family is continuing to grow and is expecting their fourth child in late April 2026. There will eventually be a team of four nannies, with each nanny rotating on a 5 days on / 5 days off and 2 days on / 2 days off schedule. Weekends will rotate as part of the rota and flexibility is essential. The family makes every effort to communicate travel plans in advance; however, last-minute travel should be expected. When travel extends beyond a scheduled rotation, schedules will be adjusted accordingly. Overnight care may be required when the parents are traveling.
