This position is perfect for someone who loves working with software, managing data, and keeping systems running smoothly.You'll work with cutting-edge laboratory technology and EHR systems and become the digital backbone of our lab operations.Duties Navigate multiple software platforms daily (EHR, lab systems, portals) Upload and track test results in Athena EHR & BxLink Maintain digital patient records and documentation Answer calls Coordinate DNA testing workflows digitally Track results across multiple laboratory portals Communicate with external labs via email, phone, and online systems Create Excel tracking spreadsheets with formulas and pivot tables Specimen processing Verify data accuracy and completeness Maintain compliance documentation Troubleshoot system issues independently Generate QA reports and performance metrics Build data visualizations for monthly meetings Requirements Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, charts) Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) EHR experience required; Athena strongly preferred Ability to learn new software quickly and navigate multiple platforms Strong attention to detail in digital record-keeping Excellent organizational and time management abilities Laboratory, pathology, or medical office experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Choose Comprehensive Urology?
