Lab Technician (Material Handler)

Material Handler Cleveland, OH Pay:$20/hour Material Handler Role Overview:The Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of advanced chemical solutions for new construction, preservation, repair, or renovation of structures.This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to build technical expertise in a dynamic, hands-on research environment.Working under supervision, the Technician provides support to senior technicians, scientists, and managers through a combination of physical testing, data collection, and laboratory organization.Material Handler Key Responsibilities:Support R&D and customer support projects as directed by scientists and management Prepare concrete mix designs to evaluate admixture performance Conduct product performance trials and benchmarking studies Perform standardized testing on concrete and mortar mixes (ASTM, AASHTO, EN methods) Accurately record and communicate verbal and written test results Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning work environment and equipment Collaborate with team members to execute project and support work Participate in internal and external studies, demos, and evaluations Adapt to changing project priorities in a fast-paced setting Perform other duties as assigned Material Handler Education and Experience:Required:High school diploma or equivalent Preferred:Prior lab experience or transferable skills in a technical or industrial environment #INDETM.
