Labeling Assistant We're hiring! AFCFC is seeking a highly motivated Labeling Assistant to join our team! About Us Since 1986, we've been redefining fresh and convenient dining as North America's largest franchisor of supermarket-based food service counters featuring sushi and other authentic Asian-inspired cuisine.Our well-loved brands, ZENSHI Handcrafted Sushi and Wild Blue Sushi, are trusted names that bring flavor and freshness to communities every day.With thousands of locations across the U.S.and Canada, we've built our reputation on quality, consistency, and innovation.Every dish we serve is freshly prepared with premium ingredients carefully packaged and designed for today's on-the-go lifestyle.As the industry leader, we're passionate about delivering the perfect balance of taste, quality, and convenience.But what truly sets us apart is our people, the dedicated teams who bring our mission to life each day.If you're looking to grow with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, we invite you to join us and shape the future of fresh dining.About the Role This position will assist in the tasks related to AFC's sushi labeling system, commonly known as the label machine.Responsibilities include providing over the phone troubleshooting and technical support to sushi bar franchisees and/or their hired chefs and AFC field personnel, processing of requests for replacement equipment and/or parts, recordkeeping of label machine service warranty activation, renewals and current status.Position offers both daily-routine tasks and opportunity to work and be point of contact with franchisees in constant communication via telephone.Responsibilities and Duties:Answer phone calls from franchisees/chefs and AFC field personnel regarding the label machine.Over-the-phone trouble shooting and technical support of label machine.Submit requests for equipment replacement (printer /tablet/Bluetooth) to the warranty servicing company.Handle requests for parts replacement and process shipment (cables / power supply).Update label machine service warranty files.Input franchisee information for tablet system program.Assist in inventory control and ordering of spare parts--scanner cable, scanner power supply, printer power supply.Assist in processing invoices related to the label machine.Delivering orientation presentations to franchisees on labeling systems, troubleshooting procedures, and operational best practices.Should be available for shift hours, weekends, and holiday schedule as needed.Perform other tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent, and/or 2 year college preferred.Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.Must have previous experience in Microsoft Office applications, MS Excel high proficiency and data software.Must have good customer service skills.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent inter-personal communication skills Bilingual (Burmese) preferred Able to work on shifts hours, weekends, and holiday schedule as needed Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working om a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.What's On the Menu for You?
