A top-tier AM law firm is seeking an Employment & Labor Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing practice, working with high-profile national clients on a broad mix of litigation and advisory matters. The role offers exposure to complex employment disputes and day-to-day counseling, making it ideal for a well-rounded L&E attorney looking to step into a more senior, client-facing position. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including: wage & hour class actions, PAGA representative actions & matters in state and federal courts and arbitration Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other court filings Manage discovery, depositions, and case strategy Advise clients on employment law matters, including: employee handbooks and workplace policies, onboarding and separation materials, leaves of absence and accommodations & employee disciplinary issues Work directly with clients on day-to-day employment counseling and risk management Qualifications 5–7 years of Employment & Labor experience Strong background in employment litigation, including class and representative actions Experience with employment counseling and advisory work Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Strong academic credentials Ability to manage complex matters independently Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar Benefits Competitive salary: $325,000 – $365,000 Opportunity to work with high-profile national clients Exposure to complex litigation and strategic advisory work Clear pathway to increased responsibility and client contact Collaborative and high-performing team environment Strong platform for career progression within a leading practice If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
