Labor & Employment Litigation Associate – Seattle Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Litigation practice in Seattle. The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000 – $305,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 2–5 years of Labor & Employment Litigation experience Experience in class action and single-plaintiff litigation and administrative charge work, including position statements, mediations, discovery, depositions, motions, and arbitration/trial preparation Experience researching federal, state, and local employment laws Depending on experience, may include counseling HR professionals and business executives on employment law compliance and drafting employment agreements Excellent research and writing skills, interest in public speaking, and strong attention to detail required Strong academic credentials required About Us Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is a boutique legal recruiting firm committed to connecting exceptional legal talent with top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments nationwide.
