This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional interested in manufacturing components used in life saving tests. The work is conducted in a controlled laboratory environment, using guidance instructions, and under the guidance and support of Biochemist leads. Key Responsibilities Execution of a broad range of instructions, of moderate complexity, during the manufacture of chemical and biological reagents Accurate and neat recording of information Use of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment (e.g., pH and conductivity meters) Lab duties as required (e.g., restocking and sanitizing workstations) Use of SAP software for production transactions and inventory control Demonstrated knowledge and use of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) Maintaining compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements Demonstrating professionalism and inclusion in the workplace Fostering a team environment Perform technical processes and tasks independently with a solid level of proficiency Positions in this area bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform formulation work. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as heavier weights with the proper equipment. Specific Requirements High School diploma, with >1 year of experience working in a cGMP manufacturing laboratory, or a similar environment Associate or Bachelor degreed candidates preferred Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent work ethic and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work individually and in a team setting Must pass a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) background check Ability to work weekends as part of routine schedule This position includes the handling of biological and chemical components, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials Who we are : We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $53,400 - $73,425 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
