We strive to create a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Position overview The laborer will support skilled tradespeople and assist with a variety of Tasks on active job sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic. In this position you will be doing various different positions including work in BORE, AERIAL, and EXCAVATION. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling Help install underground utilities Direct equipment operator when needed Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow OSHA and company safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Previous excavation experience preferred Previous bore experience preferred Previous aerial experience preferred Have an understanding of regulation in excavation OSHA certifications is a plus Works well with others Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Skills Strong work ethic and reliability Team oriented mindset Willingness to learn and take direction Safety-focused attitude
