You willplay a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Brief Summary of Duties Safely handle and disassemble a wide range of IT equipment, such as computers, monitors, servers, printers, and networking devices. Sort and categorize components for resale, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal. Remove and properly dispose of hazardous materials, including batteries and CRT monitors, per environmental regulations. Using battery operated power drill, non -battery operated tools, including a heating plate to hand disassemble end of life electronic assets. Unload and transport IT equipment using pallet jack. Find and segregate materials off fast moving conveyor lines. Adhering to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone in the facility. Daily housekeeping and cleaning of department and workstation. Other duties as assigned by department. Experience and/or Education Requirements Prior experience or ability to learn to safely use power tools and pallet jack. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day in a standing position. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Experience and/or Education Preferred High School Diploma or GED. Basic understanding of electronic devices and components. Prior experience in warehouse or electronic equipment dismantling, IT asset disposition, or related fields.
