Job SummaryJoin our team as a Laborer- foam assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting the installation all types of insulation.This position involves assisting with foam application, installation of cellulose, rock-wool, fiberglass and other insulation in a variety of projects.If you're eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a collaborative team.This is a labor intensive position that requires the ability to work independently and with others.We work Monday- Thursday 7 am- ? There will be overtime and travel occasionally, this is non negotiable.Drivers license required and reliability is a must.Responsibilities Assist with the setup each day at the job site Work as a team w foam applicator and fellow employees Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Support the team in loading and unloading trucks and trailers Job site clean up after project completion Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Experience Prior experience in manual labor or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work as part of a team and on your own Strong attention to safety procedures and workplace cleanliness Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move materials throughout shifts- must be able to lift and move 75lbs freely Basic understanding of tools and equipment This role offers an entry point into the company.If you are motivated there is the opportunity to move up We value individuals who are eager to contribute their energy and enthusiasm to our team!
