Job Overview Established in 1974, we are a proud family-owned and operated paving contractor--now in our third generation and currently bringing up the fourth.With over 100 years of combined experience and a loyal, long-standing crew, we bring both tradition and expertise to every job we take on.We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our paving crew.This position involves physical outdoor work assisting with asphalt paving, site preparation, and general construction tasks.Duties Assist in all aspects of asphalt paving, including raking, shoveling, and material placement Prepare job sites (grading, cleaning, sweeping, debris removal) Operate basic hand tools and small equipment Support equipment operators and truck drivers as needed Direct traffic when required Maintain a clean and safe work environment Experience Prior construction or paving experience preferred (but not required) Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting 80lbs, standing/walking for long hours) Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Work Schedule Full-time, seasonal (with potential for year-round work) Early mornings, extended hours, and some weekends as needed Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Why Join Our Team We value employees who are dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality.This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that takes pride in its work and its people.Pay:From $28.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Work Location:On the road.
