Messer Lawn Care LLC is a local family owned, licensed and insured, lawn care company.Some of our services include seasonal lawn clean ups, tree/shrub trimming, weekly mowing services, sprinkler services, fertilization, landscaping, and Commercial snow removal in the winter.We pride ourselves in not only taking good care of our customers, but our employees as well.We are looking for laborers for our mow and landscape crews.Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Running lawn care equipment (riding lawn mowers, weed eaters, aerators, etc.) - Greeting and communicating with costumers - Taking and following direction from Crew Leads. Following a schedule and reporting to leads and/or office administration Qualifications: Valid driver's License required (lead position) - Physical ability to lift 50 lbs - Transportation to and from the Shop - Must be able to pass drug testing - Experience preferred for crew members, and required for lead positions.This is a physical job and employees must be able to perform quality services in a timely matter.Hours are Monday through Thursday, averaging 10 hour shifts each day, paid weekly.Extra working hours are offered, as well as Bonuses (based on work performance.) As a crew member, there may be room to advance to a lead position based on experience and performance.Reliability and the willingness to work hard is highly valued and rewarded!
