Position Overview: We are seeking hardworking and reliable Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer at USA SiteWorx, you will play an essential role in ensuring our projects run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop their skills. Key Responsibilities Site Preparation & Maintenance: Assist in clearing obstacles and debris, and maintain a clean, safe job site. Equipment Operation: Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and small machinery; assist with equipment maintenance. Material Handling: Transport and position materials like dirt, gravel, and sand to designated areas. Support to Skilled Workers: Assist Field Supervisors, Graders, and Site Work teams as needed. Compliance & Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain proper attire, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), safety vests and glasses when appropriate, long pants, hard sole/close-toed work boots, and presenting a clean and professional appearance. Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying heavy objects. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and report any issues to supervisors. Additional Duties: Assist in site cleanup and perform other tasks as assigned.
