OverviewAre you a LAC or LSW looking for strong supervision, a steady caseload, and real support? We are a new outpatient psychiatric clinic focused on providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care in a supportive team environment.We are growing and looking for an LAC who wants to build their clinical skills, work toward full licensure, and feel valued -- not overwhelmed.Duties Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults (based on your preference) Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and other providers Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Requirements Active LAC or LSW license in NJ Master's degree in Counseling or related field Eligible and actively working toward full licensure Strong clinical skills and desire to learn and grow Ability to manage a caseload with support Pay:$40.00 - $45.00 per hour License/Certification:NJ LAC or LSW (Required) Work Location:Hybrid remote in Eatontown, NJ 07724.
