Job Title:Land Clearing Sales ManagerLocation:Dallas - Fort Worth Market AreaJob Type:Full-TimeCompensation:Base Salary Commission About the Position We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Land Clearing Sales Manager to join our growing team.This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing large project-based deals.The primary responsibility is generating and managing land clearing and tree removal projects by working directly with excavation companies, developers, builders, and contractors.Projects range from small one-acre residential lots to several hundred-acre commercial and development sites.If you enjoy relationship-based sales and want to work in a high-demand, project-driven industry, this is a great opportunity.What You'll Do Travel daily to job sites and client offices Meet with excavation contractors, developers, and construction professionals Walk properties to assess land clearing and tree removal needs Prepare and present bids for projects ranging from 1 acre to several hundred acres Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Track leads, proposals, and project progress Collaborate with operations teams to ensure project success What We Provide Training on how to successfully sell land clearing services Established company reputation and operational support Base salary plus commission structure Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding industry Qualifications Proven sales experience (outside sales preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Willingness to be on the road daily Valid driver's license Knowledge of the construction, excavation, or development industry is a plus What Makes You a Great Fit You're comfortable walking job sites and meeting decision-makers You enjoy building long-term relationships You are organized and able to manage multiple bids at once You are competitive and motivated by performance-based pay Why Join Us?
