SUMMARY Under general supervision, negotiates, obtains and preserves right of way (ROW) and other property rights from public and private entities to allow for the installation and location of distribution, transmission, and gathering facilities. Provides local and state information and technical assistance in land use, permitting, zoning, smart growth, and regulatory issues. Creates and gives presentations and maintains positive and effective working relationships with various community, regional, state, federal, and advocacy groups.
