Land Surveyor Party Chief We are looking for an experienced Party Chief to join our team.Responsibilities include construction staking, topographic, ALTA and boundary surveys.Must have the ability to operate Base and Rover Equipment, Levels, Robotic Total Station and GPS.Experience with drone and lidar surveying is a plus..Experience with Carlson Equipment is desirable.Drone, lidar, and scanner experience or Part 107 License is a plus and will be compensated.Bathymetric Surveying Experience is a plus.Responsibilities:-Direct field crew members by assigning responsibilities, and overseeing all work.-Communicate with other field crews, project managers, and clients.-Perform all activities required to complete surveys.Requirements:2-5years experience with good references.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to perform physical work, in all weather conditions.Clean driving record and reliable transportation.Punctuality and good attendance required.Compensation:-Compensation will be dependent on experience.-Benefits include 2 weeks vacation, 10 paid holidays, retirement plan, and health insurance Job Type:Full-time Pay:$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) 3% Match 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Compensation Package:Bonus opportunities Hourly pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Physical Setting:Construction site Outdoor work Experience:Surveying:4 years (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
