Landscape Construction Crew Member Full-Time Mystic Water Gardens Los Angeles, CA Mystic Water Gardens is a well-established Los Angeles-based company focused on high-end landscape construction with professional irrigation.We are looking for an experienced, hands-on team member with real field experience in irrigation and landscape installation.This is construction work -- not maintenance (no mowing, edging, or mow & blow).This is a hands-on role.You will be working alongside the crew every day -- digging, planting, installing, and problem-solving -- not just overseeing.Position Overview Field-based role involving landscape construction and irrigation Opportunity to take on a lead role based on performance Work closely with the owner, designer, office, crew, and vendors Be part of a team that values quality, consistency, and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Landscape construction including planting, grading, and site prep Irrigation installation, repairs, and troubleshooting (valves, lines, timers) Read plans and assist with layout Take responsibility for keeping jobs organized, efficient, and high quality Communicate clearly with team members and all project contacts What We're Looking For Solid experience in landscape construction and irrigation (not maintenance) This is not a maintenance/gardening position Someone who shows up on time, works consistently, and takes ownership of their work Able to take direction and also think ahead on site Strong communication skills -- must speak and understand English clearly Takes pride in clean, detailed, high-quality work Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Requirements Valid California driver's license with clean record Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Must have a working, reliable vehicle Must have a working, reliable cell phone Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs This is NOT an entry-level position.We are looking for someone with real field experience who wants to be part of a solid team and do quality work.Compensation $20-$35/hour depending on experience and skill level.Schedule Full-time, steady, year-round work.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Experience:Use of Heavy Machinery:1 year (Required) Language:English (Required) Ability to Commute:Los Angeles, CA (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Los Angeles, CA:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
