Job Description
Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on assigned job sites to ensure high standards of workmanship.Execute comprehensive landscape construction work, including grading, planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and drainage.Review project plans, layouts, and specifications prior to starting work to ensure accuracy and alignment with client vision.Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members to maximize productivity.Monitor production, workmanship, and job progress throughout the day to maintain project schedules.Maintain job site safety and strictly enforce company safety policies to protect the team and property.Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs to the Project Manager.Requirements 5years of landscape construction or installation experience.Prior experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer is preferred.Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques and materials.Ability to read and understand landscape plans and layouts.Basic understanding of equipment operation and job site safety protocols.Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams.Valid driver's license.Pay:$42.00 - $49.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
