Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and oversee landscape construction projects, ensuring quality execution from start to finish.This role involves supervising crews, coordinating with clients and team members, and maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in landscaping and construction, and a comprehensive understanding of horticulture, irrigation, and land development processes.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the creation of beautiful, sustainable outdoor environments while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape construction activities, including grading, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape work Lead a team of workers, providing clear instructions, training, and support to ensure project milestones are met Oversee the installation of trees, lawns, gardening features, and other landscape elements with attention to detail and quality standards Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to schedule tasks effectively and resolve on-site issues promptly Monitor project progress, manage resources efficiently, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints Conduct site inspections to assess quality of work, identify potential problems early, and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes Support ongoing maintenance activities post-construction to ensure long-term landscape health and appearance Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or related fields such as gardening or horticulture Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, pruning, fertilization, and pest management Hands-on experience with landscaping techniques involving planting, irrigation systems (installation and repair), tree care, and hardscape construction Familiarity with construction safety standards and environmental regulations Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise effectively with clients Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping construction projects Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving combined with a passion for creating sustainable outdoor spaces.We welcome applicants committed to excellence in craftsmanship who are eager to contribute positively to our dynamic team environment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) 401(k) 2% match Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Retirement plan Safety equipment provided Work Location:In person.
