Receive great benefits, competitive pay and bonuses while you work outside.We maintain a 5 day work schedule with overtime available.Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours.All tools required to do your job are supplied by Blue Ribbon.Landscape construction & management team members will:Communicate effectively and cooperate with supervisors while working independently Perform management tasks that include raking, debris and weed removal, edging, mulching and pruning Perform construction tasks that include preparation for and construction of patios, walkways, walls and steps Perform softscape tasks that include planting trees, shrubs and perennials, installing drip irrigation and landscape lighting Seasonal activities include cleanups and, if applicable, snow and ice management Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and responsibly Drive vehicles that require a DOT medical card Work Requirements:At least eighteen years of age Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card Work in all types of weather Be in good physical health and work in a physically demanding environment Able to lift 80 pounds Pass background checks Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
