Job SummaryJoin our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Crew Lead, where you will take charge of supervising and executing a variety of outdoor beautification projects.This energetic role involves guiding a crew through landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction tasks to create stunning, sustainable outdoor spaces.As a leader in this position, you will ensure high-quality work, safety compliance, and efficient project completion while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results every day.Your expertise in horticulture, irrigation systems, and tree care will be vital in transforming landscapes into vibrant environments that clients love.Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians to complete maintenance, planting, and construction projects efficiently and safely Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and adjustments to optimize water efficiency across various sites Perform tree care tasks including pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Assist with landscaping design implementation and construction projects from start to finish Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining high-quality standards Provide mentorship and leadership to crew members, fostering teamwork and skill development for ongoing success Experience Proven supervising experience leading landscape or gardening crews in a fast-paced environment Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields Knowledge of landscaping techniques including planting, pruning, mulching and soil management Familiarity with construction practices related to outdoor projects such as patios or fencing Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable Understanding of tree care practices including pruning and health assessment Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while advancing your leadership skills!
