About Us We’re Bobby B’s Landscaping, a small local landscaping company that’s been growing steadily thanks to hard work, happy customers, and a solid crew. We’re a small crew that likes working hard, and making outdoor spaces that look great and last. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a job site, can take the lead when needed, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on the team. What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Leading a small crew ✔ Running the day to day on job sites and keeping things moving, maintaining the schedule ✔ Making sure the work looks clean and professional ✔ Operating equipment like trimmers, mowers, and blowers ✔ Managing and maintaining tools ✔ Drive and back up trailer ✔ Communicating with the office and sometimes with clients ✔ Teaching newer crew members and showing them the ropes ✔ Keeping the job site safe and cleaned up at the end of the day What We’re Looking For ✔ A few years of landscaping experience, 3 or more is ideal ✔ Some leadership experience ✔ Comfortable using tools and machinery on site ✔ Valid driver’s license ✔ Someone dependable, hardworking, and easy to get along with ✔ Able to work outside all day in all kinds of weather Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
