Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Landscape Crew Lead and take charge of creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments.This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on work with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.You'll lead a small crew in the field, keep jobs organized, execute build plans, and maintain our standards for craftsmanship, efficiency, and client experience.This role is for someone who can lead from the front--operate equipment, problem-solve on site, communicate clearly, and keep the crew moving.What You'll Do Lead a 2-4 person crew on landscape/hardscape installation projects Read and execute build plans (layout, grades, base prep, drainage intent, finished details) Run daily jobsite flow:tools, materials, staging, cleanup, and quality checks Communicate with management on progress, needs, change items, and schedule impacts Operate equipment as needed (skid steer/mini skid, plate compactor, saws, etc.) Maintain jobsite safety and a clean, professional work environment Train newer crew members and enforce standards Verify quantities and assist with material ordering / pickups Track time, notes, and job progress (simple daily reporting) What Success Looks Like Jobs stay organized and move forward daily (minimal downtime) Work is built correctly the first time (grade/drainage/base quality matters) Crew morale is solid and expectations are clear Clients feel taken care of when you're on site Requirements 2years in landscape/hardscape construction or equivalent transferable construction leadership Ability to lead a crew and hold a professional standard Strong understanding of:Base prep & compaction Grades / drainage basics Pavers / wall systems / flagstone (depending on experience level) Valid driver's license (chauffeur's license is a plus) Able to lift 50lbs, work outdoors, and handle physical work daily Reliable, punctual, and consistent Big Bonus If You Have Experience with hardscape systems (ICPI basics, segmental retaining walls, steps, edging) Equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator) Experience reading plans and doing layout DOT trailer towing comfort Natural teacher/coach mentality This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about transforming outdoor spaces while leading a talented team.If you thrive in an energetic environment where your leadership makes a real impact on beautiful landscapes, we want to hear from you!
