Our client is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to oversee residential lawn maintenance projects. During the winter months, this role transitions into the snow division to guarantee year-round employment. Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience. Crew leader commission, performance incentives, and bonuses. Guaranteed year-round work. Responsibilities Manage and operate a crew focused on residential clients performing maintenance such as edging, mulching, shrub & tree planting, topsoil & seeding, and more. Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to crewmembers to foster a supportive and educational team environment. Operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently on job sites. Ensure all projects meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and integrity. Transition to the snow and ice management division during winter months to support seasonal operations. Requirements Landscape maintenance knowledge with previous experience. Prior experience in crew leadership or team management. Demonstrated ability to safely operate related landscaping equipment.
