OverviewWe are a growing landscaping company looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.This position involves a mix of lawn maintenance and landscaping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulch installation, and seasonal cleanups.We offer competitive pay based on experience, steady work with consistent hours, and overtime opportunities for those who want to earn more.We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and is ready to be part of a reliable crew.Responsibilities Assist with lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, weedwacking, etc Perform landscape maintenance such as weeding, trimming shrubbery, and mulching.Help with gardening activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance landscape aesthetics.Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and optimal performance on all projects.Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work.Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping tasks such as lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor environments.Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team.Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in different weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is necessary.Willingness to learn and improve skills in lawn care and landscaping.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
