I'm Joe, owner of Heemer's Lawn Care Services.We're growing, and I've reached the point where I can't be behind the mower 50 hours a week and still grow the business.I am looking for a High- Energy dedicated landscaping professional This season, you'll work directly with me to learn the routes and our standards.Once the spring rush settles and the second truck is ready, you will take the lead.I'll be transitioning to estimates and managing larger projects, which means I need someone I can trust to run the daily mowing and maintenance routes.The Perks of a Small Crew:Your Weekends are Yours:No nights, no weekends, no holidays.(M-F, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).The Pay:$18.00 - $25.00/hr Weekly Pay.The Future:This isn't just a seasonal gig; I need someone who wants to grow into a leadership role as we add more equipment and staff.The Winter:Primarly On-call commercial snow removal with a pay premium and other winter services to stay working all year round.What I'm looking for:Experience:You know your way around a Zero-Turn, a trimmer, and a commercial property.Ownership:You treat the equipment and the properties like they're yours.Reliability:You're in Ephrata and ready to go by 7:30 AM.No excuses.If you're a pro who is tired of the big company chaos and wants to help build something from the ground up, let's talk.If you are looking for just a mowing job over the summer, this job isn't for you.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:$700.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Application Question(s):Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory for this position.Do you have a reliable way to get to work that will allow you to be on-site and ready to start at the beginning of every shift?
