Landscape Design & Build Technician

Lionheart Landscaping Design & Build Co. Landscape Technician Lionheart Landscaping is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals ready to build high-end outdoor spaces and be part of a fast-growing design and build company. This is not basic lawn maintenance. We are not a mowing company. You will not be mowing lawns. We specialize in premium landscape transformations including: Full landscape demolition and rebuilds Custom plant bed design and installation Tree and shrub installs Hardscaping and patios Flagstone and paver work Drainage and French drain systems Irrigation installs and repairs Sod installs and grading Boulder placement and natural stone work Heavy equipment and mini skid steer operation We are looking for candidates who: Show up ready to work hard every day Take pride in building quality work Have a strong attitude and willingness to learn Can think outside the box and solve problems in the field Want to grow in the landscaping and construction industry Work well with a team and maintain professionalism on job sites Want to learn premium landscape and construction techniques Experience with landscaping, irrigation, grading, hardscaping, skid steers, construction, or equipment operation is a plus, but work ethic and attitude matter more than experience alone. This is hands-on physical work. Some days are demanding. We build custom outdoor projects that require hustle, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt and overcome challenges in the field.
