Company Overview Lamphear's Lawn Service LLC is a dynamic and growing landscaping company dedicated to delivering exceptional property care.Based in Medina, we specialize in a wide range of services from landscape installation to commercial lawn care, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and high standards.Position Summary The Detail Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of landscape beds through consistent weed control and detailed maintenance practices.This role ensures that all landscaped areas meet company quality standards and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities Perform routine weed control in landscape beds using both manual and chemical methods Identify and remove weeds, invasive plants, and unwanted growth Apply herbicides safely and in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines Monitor plant health and report issues such as disease, pests, or damage Keep work areas clean and free of debris after service completion Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment safely Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture preferred Knowledge of common weeds and basic plant identification is a plus Ability to safely handle herbicides Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Valid driver's license Skills & Attributes Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Commitment to maintaining high-quality landscape standards Work Environment Outdoor, physically active role Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions Use of landscaping tools, equipment, and approved chemicals Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage Pay:$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
