Landscape Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a full residential tear-down and rebuild project.This role requires someone who can independently run a job site, operate heavy equipment, and execute landscape plans from start to finish.This is a seasonal position tied to one large project running through the end of summer.Responsibilities Lead all phases of a full landscape tear-out and rebuild Operate skid steer and mini excavator safely and efficiently Read and execute landscape and grading plans accurately Build retaining walls (block/stone systems) Install drain tile and manage site drainage Perform rough and finish grading Coordinate and complete sod installation Maintain job site quality, safety, and productivity Requirements Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Lead Strong experience operating:Skid steer Mini excavator Ability to read and follow landscape plans without supervision Hands-on experience with:Retaining walls Drain tile Grading Sodding Strong understanding of drainage and elevations Reliable and able to work full-time through project completion Must be authorized to work in the U.S.and able to pass E-Verify Preferred Qualifications Experience leading small crews Experience managing full residential landscape rebuilds Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site Schedule Full-time hours Monday-Friday (some weekends as needed based on project timeline) Pay:$32.00 - $40.00 per hour Experience:landscape foreman:1 year (Preferred) landscape plan reading :1 year (Preferred) grading:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
