Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and maintenance of commercial and residential landscape projects throughout Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.The Landscape Foreman will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high-quality standards while promoting a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee trimming, pruning, and general plant care. Ensure proper irrigation practices (manual and irrigation systems). Monitor lawn health, mowing, and overall appearance. Identify plant diseases, pests, or damage. Maintain a high level of detail, especially in high-end residential properties. Skills Leadership and team management skills Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques Ability to operate landscaping equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills Valid driver's license preferred Experience 3-5 years of landscaping experience Pay:$23.00 - $28.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
