Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and landscaping projects from start to finish Lead a team of crew members, providing clear instructions and ensuring efficient workflow Oversee landscape construction activities including planting, grading, mulching, general bed maintenance, and plant care Maintain safety protocols on-site to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to client specifications Manage equipment usage and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation Collaborate with clients and team members to plan project timelines and address any issues promptly Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, and garden management Hands-on experience with lawn care, irrigation systems, tree care, and gardening tasks Familiarity with landscape construction processes including grading, planting, and hardscape installation Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively Knowledge of safety standards related to landscaping equipment and site operations Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members Join us as a Landscape Foreman and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
