Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments.In this role, you will oversee daily operations on landscape projects, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality workmanship.Your leadership will inspire team collaboration while maintaining safety standards and delivering exceptional results for clients.This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction while fostering a positive work environment.Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews in executing landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and tree care projects with precision and efficiency Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards Oversee landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system installation and repair, pruning, fertilization, and pest control Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to maintain a secure work environment for team members Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met Conduct inspections of ongoing work to uphold quality standards and provide guidance or corrections as needed Assist with hands-on tasks such as construction of features, planting, or maintenance when necessary Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields with a focus on landscape maintenance and construction Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments or landscaping projects Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and general garden management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Familiarity with safety regulations related to landscape work and equipment operation Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members clearly and professionally Join us to lead dynamic landscaping projects that transform outdoor spaces!
