Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.As a key team leader, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise crew members, and execute landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks with precision.Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional outdoor environments that meet client expectations while maintaining a safe and productive work site.Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and landscaping activities across multiple sites.Lead and motivate a team of crew members to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards.Oversee landscape construction projects including planting, grading, irrigation installation, and hardscape work.Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and supply inventories to optimize productivity.Provide training on horticulture best practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and maintenance procedures.Perform snow removal services during the winter months.Pay for snow removal will be $88/hr.Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong background in supervising teams.Hands-on experience with landscape construction projects Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crew members effectively.Strong understanding of safety regulations related to construction sites and outdoor work environments.Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure project success.Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence!
